- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service. Poor service. Poor quality. If I could buy from elsewhere I would. I ordered 1 item 4 weeks ago and I was told they would call me the following week. Left it 2 weeks and called. Gentleman said "I will just check and call you back in 5 minutes" he didnt. Drove through to store and assistant explained she was not fully trained but took my details and said her supervisor would call next day...she didnt. Drove back AGAIN following week and they assured me someone would call me by Friday as delivery had finally arrived to be embroidered...Nope you guessed it NOTHING! I would not even given 1 star!
